Due to the intangible and customized nature of our services, returns are not applicable once service delivery has commenced.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to our fault
  • The service delivered significantly deviates from the agreed scope
  • Duplicate or accidental payments

✖ Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of required information or approvals)
  • Completed and approved milestones
  • Services already rendered or partially delivered

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation before the project begins for a full refund
  • Once the project has started, cancellation requests may result in a partial refund, based on work completed
  • No refunds will be issued after final delivery and client approval

4. Refund Process

  • Requests must include order details and reason for refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

5. Revisions & Support

Instead of refunds, Cyberox Solutions offers revisions to ensure client satisfaction, as per the agreed project scope.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any chargebacks. Unauthorized disputes may result in suspension of services.
