✔ Refunds May Be Granted If:
- The service has not been initiated after payment
- There is a failure to deliver the service within the agreed timeline due to our fault
- The delivered service significantly differs from the agreed scope or specifications
- Duplicate or accidental payments were made
✖ Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:
- The client changes their mind after the project has started
- Required information or approvals were not provided by the client on time
- A milestone has been completed and approved
- The service has been fully delivered as per agreement
- Delays are caused by third-party services beyond our control
4. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request a full refund if cancellation is made before the project begins
- Once work has started, only a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed
- No refunds will be issued after final delivery and client approval
5. Refund Process

- Include your order/project details and reason for the request
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method
6. Revisions Instead of Refunds
Cyberox Solutions prioritizes client satisfaction and offers revisions within the agreed scope of the project before considering refund requests.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Initiating chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension or termination of services.
